Feedback to the Court

Feedback from the community regarding the service we provide is an important tool to monitor our performance as an organization and as individuals. The staff of Lassen Superior Court is dedicated to serving the public by providing justice in an equal, fair, accessible, efficient, and courteous manner. Providing superior customer service to our patrons, justice partners, and the legal community is of the utmost importance.

Feedback, whether negative or positive, will not be placed in your court file nor will it affect the outcome of your case. All feedback is reviewed by the Court Executive Officer, or his/her designee. The form below will assist you in providing a complaint or commendation to a court staff employee.
