Fax Filing

File from the convenience of your computer or fax machine and save time and money, avoiding a trip to the court.

Pursuant to Local Rules of Court, Rule 17 and the California Rules of Court the Lassen Superior Court accepts facsimile (fax) filings in Civil, Probate and Family law case types as well as Juvenile Dependency cases. Fax filings are also accepted in our Appellate Division pursuant to Local Rules of Court, Rule 10.

Different rules, instructions and information apply to fax filings in each division. Please select the appropriate option below for information on filing by fax in that division.

Fax Filing by Division

The Court does not currently accept filings by fax in any criminal matters including felony, misdemeanor, infractions, juvenile delinquency, and criminal-related mental health matters at this time.
