Peo v. Ashley

Sentencing: Pursuant to the disposition and sentencing agreement between the parties, the court will sentence as follows: Upon waiver of application for probation, the defendant is sentenced to two years in State prison for violation of Vehicle Code §23153(a), felony driving under the influence with injury to another. Upon that term she shall have credits as designated at this hearing. She is fined a $200 restitution fund fine; a $40 court security fund fine; a fine including penalty assessments in the sum of $2,800 (on stipulation of the parties, the clerk shall set out the base fine and assessments on the minutes.) She shall submit to buccal swab testing, provide a right thumbprint, full palm print impressions, and blood and biological specimens as required by law enforcement. Her driving privilege is revoked for the statutory period. She is advised she is subject to three years of parole following release from prison custody. She is ordered into the custody of the Sheriff of Lassen County, who is ordered to deliver her into the custody of the Director of the Department of Corrections at Valley State Prison for Women at Chowchilla, California. The clerk is directed to advise probation of the need for a post-sentence report.
